Series I bonds and treasury bills — lost password

I opened a treasury direct account for both. I cannot access my account. The one time temporary code I was given has since expired. I can’t get a hold of anyone and don’t know how request a new code. I supposedly have tax forms that I can’t access. Per your articles in my newspaper opening the account and setting up was easy, but now I’m stuck and have no idea what’s going on with my $. I appreciate any help/advice. Thank you!

That wasn’t a “temporary code.” It was your PASSWORD!! Advice to all: You need to keep track of your important passwords in a “vault” program or other safe place!
