Small Business needing Medical Insurance

I am the office manager at a dental practice in Oak Park, IL and my hygienist heard you speaking about small businesses being able to find medical insurance for small group plan. I have tried to get information to present this to the owner for our employees are willing to pay for group plan insurance with the hopes to find a better policy than self insuring. If you can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
