Social Security

I just checked my Social Security Account because of the Recent Fairness Act. It shows that my benefits are suspended. I did receive about 1000 a year before as I reported on my taxes prviously. It seems I have not received anything for awhile so I called Social Security. They have no idea what that means. ????
