Hi,
My 2019 income was above $90,000. My 2020 income was below $80,000. Because of complication in my taxes, i won’t be able to file my 2020 taxes this year until April 12. Will I miss out on the $1,400 stimulus? Because if they pass the bill by April 1, will they then calculate my stimulus on the 2019 income since they won’t have my 2020 lower income to calculate my stimulus by?

The first two stimulus payments are based on your 2020 income. If you did not receive one or both and now qualify, you should claim them on your 2020 tax return. Read this article for details.
We don’t yet know details of the upcoming $1400 payment but it surely will also be based on 2020 income.
