Stimulus Check
Terry,
My 2019 Income was over the 150,000 (married) limit, as such my stimulus checks both (1200 and 600) were docked by the $5 per $100. The 600 (1200 married) check only turned out to be a bit over 350. My question is will I get docked again with the 1400 (2800 married) payment?
I have been unemployed since April as such my 2020 income will be less than 150,000 is there/will there be any way to recover the penalty money for the 600 and 1400 checks. Thanks for your help.
Regards

When you file your 2020 returns showing the reduced income you will file for a refundable credit for the earlier stimulus you missed and for the current one. It will be sent to you in March. Read this article for a complete explanation.
