Student loan refund
I have a federal student loan that is being serviced by Navient. The original loans were federal but Navient is a private servicer they are telling me that payments made during the pandemic are not refundable. Is that corrct.

ALL federal student loans are now “serviced” (collected) by private companies. And yes, if you made payments during the pandemic, they are not refundable. But if you still have a balance of up to $10,000 and qualify for forgiveness based on income under $125,000 you will qualify for forgiveness. Details coming soon when the government opens up the application website.
