I have a parent plus loan with about 10 years left to pay on. Should I make a change our income is high but it’s in my name only and I don’t work. Thank you
Also my kids have student loans probably 10/15 years left to pay two are divorced but make just over $100,000 and have two kids what should they do? Thank you

If you have an existing Parent Plus loan now, please immediately start the “consolidation” so you don’t suddenly find yourself making higher monthly payments in July! Once consolidated, you can apply for an income-based plan that could actually reduce your payments — especially if you don’t have earned income. Again, Rae is the expert on this, but please read this column.
