I was called for jury duty in April 2021 in Du Page County, will I get a 1099 from the county? I did not turn over the payment to my boss.

Well, there would be no reason to “turn over” that money to your boss. And if it was a small amount of money, I’m not sure the county was required to send out 1099s. Businesses are required to send out 1099s only if the payment exceeded $600.
If you made more than that, keep watching the mail for your 1099.
