The check is in the (ACH) mail
I made an authorized 638K withdrawal from my established annuity. They withdrew the funds 2/21/23 , and after numerous calls ACH ed them out (?) at 6pm Fri 3/3/23. As of 1 pm est 3/6/23 no funds yet and I am worried. Is this a compliance issue? Can they legally take my money out of my account and not send it to me for almost 2 weeks? I made previous withdrawals and they have had my checking acct info for years. Who can I send a complaint letter to?

Please respond to the email you receive saying “your question has been answered” with details of your situation, the person you spoke with at the insurance company, and your contact information. This doesn’t seem right!
