Trust
My wife and I are currently in the process of trying to set up an irrevocable trust . I have heard some attorneys charge for their service at a set rate that is higher but they don’t charge any extra in the future if changes need to be made. Have you heard of anything like this ? Can you recommend some resources to find an Attorney in McHenry Illinois. Thank You

Second, you’ll probably change/update your trust every few years as things change. I wouldn’t worry about the cost of doing that. It only will take an hour of your attorney’s time. Most won’t make that promise, because they don’t know how long they’ll be around!
