My wife is 72 i am 69 what life ins policy can we get at this late stage of our life thank you

Why do you need life insurance now? And whose life would it be on?? Yours or your wife’s?
If it’s just for burial purposes, you’d be better off saving your premium dollars and either putting it in savings or a pre-paid funeral plan. At your ages,as you’ve guessed, life insurance is VERY expensive. And you’d have to be in very good health to qualify.
