Have you tried the unemployment help info offered on the Uber website? It is extensive.

Now you don’t need a Social Security CARD to apply for unemployment. You just need to know your SS number. Assuming you have a valid number, you can find it on your birth certificate, naturalization papers, and if you have an older drivers license, it used to be on there. If not, contact SocialSecurity.gov and provide the answers to their questions to get a copy of your card.
You definitely need it to access your credit report. How do you know your credit is “frozen” if you don’t have your SS number to access your credit report?
And you’ll need it to get medical assistance (so maybe a healthcare provider you used has it on file?)
Your SS number is the most basic piece of financial information in your life. It should be “tatooed” in your brain!
