unemployment waiver denial
my granddaughter was denied waiver for over unemployment over pay. due to pandemic, covid and pneumonia also husband was on deployment forcing financial difficulty and living between families. she has found a daycare job close to home for $16.00 hr. no car and serious financial difficulties, and no way to pay back. is there any recourse to this ?
