Using HSA money to pay Medicare Part B premiums
My understanding is that Medicare Part B, D and IRMAA premiums are qualified medical expenses for HSA withdrawals. How do I get reimbursed for this if the payments are withheld from my Social Security check? What documentation do I need in case of an audit?

Medicare says they will accept an HSA debit card to pay for Part B premiums, if you don’t have them deducted from your monthly SS deposit. Read this: https://www.medicare.gov/basics/costs/pay-premiums
That’s the most efficient way to do it, and will cause the least complication. But I’ve read that you can reimburse yourself out of HSA money, and then prove its use by keeping your Medicare billing. I think that’s just asking for aggravation, though.
