Vacant Florida land
I own a vacant lot in Florida and have been getting multiple solicitations to buy the property. I am wondering if I accept an offer do I have to worry about being ripped off and do I need a lawyer?

You sure do need an attorney and perhaps even a broker to make sure this deal goes through. There’s a lot of demand for vacant land in all areas of Florida, as it’s a fast-growing state.
I’d suggest you search for the president of that county’s board of realtors. They’ll know the market, the pricing and be able to market it to multiiple buyers so you get the best price.
