Vaccination Record ILogin and Experian

Well, who ever thought I would need to rely on a credit bureau to get my vaccination record from the State of Illinois! I signed up for ILogin and was indeed on the site once. But when I try to get the vaccination record, it looks like Experian can’t validate me. I contacted the help people designated by the State of Illinois, but they just say something doesn’t match and blame it on Experian. I decided to order a credit report but annaualcreditreport.com would not work for me online for Experian (worked for TransUnion). I ordered Experian credit report by phone and all looks fine, but Experian still can’t validate me for ILogin. I tried to reach an actual person at Experian, but it’s impossible. I really found it strange that I can get the credit report ordered by mail, but tried again online (after waiting over a week) and they will not do it online for me. I’ve been at the same address and phone number for over 20 years. Do you have any suggestions of someone I can contact? Thanks. Not happy with the State of Illinois for setting up a service for which we cannot even talk to anyone for help.
