With the Elimination of the WEP, will we start to get both payments without the adjustment only…or will they go back to day one and give back everything they shouldn’t have taken?

Nope. The law says it should be retroactive to all of 2024. But I’m doubtful they can get that organized — or even when the full payment will start in 2025.
