WEP/GPO SSFairness Act
Ssa sent me a form to complete info regarding my monthly pension starting 2004. They provided an amt. to represent my gross monthly pension. The amount is incorrect.
2004 is not a good year to provide correct number. I don’t know where that amt. came from. I could provide the correct amt. for the first full year of pension. fyi that also was incorrect? Have you info to help…I do not want to be taken off for an honest mistake.

Was that a typo when you said 2004 — or are they really asking you to go back and provide a number that is more than 20 years old?
If so, you might have gotten caught in the clawback process. I’d have to see the request to know what’s going on. Do y ou want to scan or take a picture of it and send it to me in response to the email you receive saying your question was answered?
