Where is the Link to your Organizer form?

Terry Says: Go to www.terrysavage.com and fill in the yellow box that asks for your name and email address.  Then by return email you will be requested to confirm your FREE subscription to my newsletter (which I write when I feel I have something important to say!).  And then you’ll get another email with a link to the organizer form.  You can save that link, print out as many copies as you need.
