Working while collecting SS
My husband waited to collect his social security until he turned 70. He is continuing to work and wants to know if he’ll have to continue to pay in to social security even though he’s now 71.

Good for him. He is getting the largest possible check. And that check, combined with his income from work, may mean that some of his SS benefit is taxed. So ask your accountant if you should be filing quarterly. Oh, and yes, his employer will also deduct FICA (SS taxes) from his paycheck.
