The only way to get the organizer is to sign up for my totally free, whenever-I'm-in-the-mood-to-write-it, newsletter -- by giving your name and email address in the yellow box that should pop up when you go to my website, www.terrysavage.com. I guard the list closely, never sell the list, never sell any products. When you sign up, look for a confirmation email asking you to "click to confirm your subscription" -- After you do that you will get a response with a link to the organizer form, which you can fill out on your computer, or print out and fill in the blanks.
