short term disability

I received my short term disability CHECK it was 216 i been out of work since April 8 when will i get the rest

Terry Says:  OK, I need more details to give you any kind of direction.  Is this a state or federal check?  I’m assuming it comes from your state, or possible from your union, because Federal disability benefits tend to be for the long-term disabled.  Who helped you file your disability claim?  That would be the person to ask.  Or you can write back with more details.
