Ask Terry Questions KeyBank debit card

KeyBank debit card

By Terry Savage on January 29, 2021 | Wild Card

My husband received a Key Bank debit card in the mail today. He is not on unemployment and should not have received the debit card. He is retired and has been for many years. We have tried to go on the ides site and are unable to fill out the form required because it wants UI number, which we don’t have. Canno I fill out the form without it; unable to get through by phone.. Catch 22. We did freeze our credit. What to do next about the i d e s, being able to inform them?

Terry Says

Register with IDES for a callback. I noticed they require a claimant number on their new fraud report. Of course, if you didn’t claim, you don’t get a number!! You’re right — Catch 22. Another example of IDES total incompetence!!

Do everything else on this list.

I have tried to notify IDES of this mistake!!
