Next Stimulus?
Good afternoon. I have been furloughed with my corporate travel agency since April 5 th and no telling when we will be called back to work until the business starts to pick up. I really hope that congress can come to agreement if they can extend the extra $600,00 a week stimulus benefits or if not will the agree to possible like $300.00 A week stimulus to help us pay our bills. Congress is in the middle of debating the next stimulus package right now. It will make news headlines. I’m quite sure there will be some sort of individual payment and some sort of extension of Federal unemployment benefits –but likely smaller in both cases.
But there WILL be a package – -because there is an election this fall and BOTH parties are trying to buy your vote!!
This will get resolved SOON because Congress is anxious to go on its scheduled vacation on August 10th. So keep watching the news.
