Social Security windfall provision
My husband is a railroad retiree and receives a Railroad Retirement pension. He has recently reached his eligibility for social security payments with his part time job. Do you know if he is eligible for this windfall payout without it being deducted from his railroad pension, As it always has been before?

Yes, railroad pensions will no longer be reduced by the WEP and GPO! He will get a bigger check!
