credit freeze problem at TransUnion
I imagine you’re being swamped since you’ve been on WGN . I froze thru TransUnion. When I filled out the info for Experian, they are requesting a mailed in information with copies of ID card and a copy of insurance bill etc. saying that the freeze couldn’t be completed with the info I provided online. Don’t know what the problem is. I even tried entering the info again and got different questions to answer but still got the same result. I requested credit reports in August of this year from all 3 bureaus. Does this request raise any flags?

The bureaus are making it difficult — see next answer where a listener tried with no luck at Equifax.
