freezing credit
I managed to freeze my credit with experian over a year ago but now don’t know what I did or how I did it or how to talk to someone at experian. They don’t let you talk to a representative. I’m really lost. Do you know someone that could help me ?

Here’s a link to the Experian freeze page. Try doing it again!
If you’ve already frozen your credit, they will ask you for your PIN. (And if you DID do it already, you should have been given a pin!)
And if they don’t block you, saying you already froze your credit, then do it this time — and write down your PIN someplace safe where you will remember it, in case you need to “lift” the freeze if you’re opening a new account or buying a car, for example.
