Citi Diamond Preferred card
They approved me and sent the card. However, I made a typo trying to enter my password. I’ve tried saying I forgot the password but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried calling but can’t get anyone. They said they would send a code to my cell phone but I’ve never received it.

Do you still have the card itself? Call the toll-free number and report the card stolen.
Ask them to send you a new one. That should get you immediate attention. Then set up a new password to access your account online.
