credit reports

I order my credit reports every year from the source listed on the FTC website for all three credit bureaus. I order by phone and they always come promptly… except this year. I ordered on June 12th and again on July 13th and they have not arrived. I suspect the problem is they are mailing them without my apartment number. I can fix that to make sure they have that detail. My question is: will I be penalized (ie credit rating dinged) if I keep ordering them until they arrive?
