Senior credit card debt

I’m 68 yr old retired single woman. Due to many factors i have accumulated approximately fifteen thousand in credit card debt. I have tried to get a job to help take of this with no luck. I see these feeds on facebook come up to help with this. I have no idea if they are legitimate. Could use advice on what my options are. The struggle is wearing on me. Help if you can please. Suggestions,
